DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

This page lets users of the Swish365 Basketball app, provided by SWISH 365, LLC, request permanent deletion of their account and associated data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to the Swish365 Basketball app.
2. Open your Profile.
3. Scroll to and select Delete Account.
4. Confirm that you want to permanently delete the account.

The app will cancel active Swish365 subscriptions and permanently delete the account after confirmation.

Request deletion without the app

You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in. Email us from the address associated with your account and include the account holder's name. We may ask for limited information to verify that you own the account.

Email an account-deletion request

If the button does not open your email app, send your request to info@swish365.com with the subject "Swish365 Basketball Account Deletion Request." We process verified requests promptly and within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

Account and profile information and associated membership, player, family, booking, attendance, notification, and support data are deleted or de-identified. We also request deletion from service providers where applicable.

Data that may be retained

Limited transaction, invoice, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute records may be retained when required for legal, tax, accounting, contractual, or safety purposes. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the minimum period required before deletion or de-identification.
