This Privacy Policy explains how SWISH 365, LLC ("Swish365," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Swish365 Basketball mobile app, swish365.com, or related services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, add family members or players, purchase a membership, book a session, submit feedback, or contact us. Depending on how you use the service, this may include:

account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, and authentication information;
player, family, membership, facility, booking, attendance, and waiver information;
transaction and subscription information, while full payment card details are handled by our payment processor; and
technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as device type, app version, push-notification token, IP address, and diagnostic or usage information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide memberships and bookings, process transactions, send service and booking communications, provide customer support, improve and troubleshoot the service, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Swish365 does not sell personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate Swish365, such as payment processing, hosting, email, customer support, and push-notification providers; with a Swish365 facility involved in providing your service; when you direct us to share it; or when required for legal, safety, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. These providers may use information only to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Swish365 does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes on its servers. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy terms.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. After an account-deletion request, we delete or de-identify account data unless limited records must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or contractual purposes. Any retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the minimum period required.

6. Your Choices and Account Deletion

You may review or update account information in your profile. You can request permanent deletion from the Profile screen in the Swish365 Basketball app or use our public account-deletion page. Deleting an account also deletes or de-identifies associated user data, subject only to the limited retention described above. Account deactivation does not substitute for deletion.

7. Children and Family Accounts

Swish365 services may include player profiles for minors that are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly permit children to create independent accounts without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. A parent or guardian may contact us to access, correct, or delete a minor's information.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the "Last updated" date.
